Warranty

We guarantee the highest quality material and workmanship are used in the construction of our matting and will guarantee it for the warranty period (found on product pages).  

           1.  Free from defects in material and/or workmanship.
           2.  Free of excessive wear and tear associated with foot traffic.*
           3.  Free of ripping, cracking, and tearing.*

    *  Excessive wear and tear examples are: grooving of the mat and/or uneven wearing of the surface.
    *  Excludes abuse from caustic chemicals, carts, fork lifts or from cutting or altering the mat from its original 
        size or shape.

If you discover a defect we will either replace the mat with a new one or promptly reimburse you the full purchase price of the mat within 30 days of the claim.  Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the mat.  Simply call us for the necessary steps to resolve your issue.
